Absolute Discretion
NDAs on file for every team member. No social posts, no photos shared off-record. Property access codes encrypted and rotated per visit. The estate stays off the internet. That is the standard.

Material-Specific Protocols
Honed marble gets neutral-pH conditioning, never acidic. Unlacquered brass is patina-protected, not polished to mirror. Quartz countertops are cleaned with surface-safe enzymatics. Hardwood is grain-followed with microfiber, not flooded.

Specialized Deep-Sanitization
EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants on contact surfaces, dwell-time recorded. HEPA-filtered vacuums on every floor. Fabric upholstery steam-treated. Air handler grills and vent covers documented with the rest of the visit.

- Pre-storm and post-storm protocols. Salt-air corrosion mitigation on brass, steel, and bronze fixtures. Marble seal renewals documented.

- Multi-building scheduling. Main house, guest house, garage suites, pool house, and grounds buildings cleaned in a single coordinated sweep.
- Historic Properties
- Period-appropriate handling for plaster, lath-board ceilings, original tile, and antique woodwork. We do not strip patina that took 80 years to earn.
- Architect-Designed Homes
- Material datasheets honored. If the architect specified a sealant, we use that sealant. If the millworker specified a wax, we use that wax.
